**Rejoice Anaheim!
Due to a confrontation that happened in early morning hours today, a blessing has been placed on the city to protect it's inhabitants from the corruptive grip of the order known as Ordos. It's leader was last seen fleeing the city before this blessing was imposed. Citizens may breathe easier now, knowing their families and children are -for now- safe. Please note that any wishing to enter the city who are creatures of the dark would feel this blessing immediately and be thusly unable to enter the city grounds, or the properties on the outskirts; ONLY if they hold ill will or plot to harm or extort the inhabitants. Longevity of this blessing is still unknown. Please do not attempt to remove the sword from the earth where it is embedded. The originator, One Lady Sayde Elkk, is reported to be on bed rest after collapsing on the site.
[Please note this plot and RP was approved by both Embers and Fahima]
OOC notes:
The blessing extends to all of the citizens, and their homes, properties, etc. The blessing is strongest near the Jail House, where the blessed blade is still embedded. Please note removing this blade, or the death of it's originator (Wandering Soul) removes the blessing and the protection it provides. The Sword cannot be touched by *unclean hands, or it's energy will burn the perpetrator's hands, and the sword will not budge.
"So I have a demon/vampire/etc chari... does this mean I can't come in?"
No, that is not what it means. If your character enters with the desire to corrupt or extort the innocent, they will not be physically able to enter the city until either the blessing is lifted, or a plot is invoked to find away around it, with approval from your mods. Otherwise, if they are just entering to inhabit, visit someone, etc... it is fine. The city has just been given a holy blessing, it is not meant to shun anyone interested in RP.
"Is there somewhere I can read the logs from this event?"

Notes:
*unclean: The hands of someone who has killed another in hatred, users of dark magic or entire species such as demons, vampires, undead, etc. Lycans are not considered unclean.
