Date of the Incident: October 3 at 12:20 a.m.
Locations of the Incident: In the wilderness near Anaheim's fields.
Individuals Involved: Drakomir, Alex (last name unknown), Mitrian Listar, an unknown white wolf, Rand al'Thorick, Lukien (last name unknown), Celestial Lux
Incident in Question:
On October 3 at 12:20 in the morning, Royal Guard recruit Drakomir came across four bandits robbing a woman by the name of Alex (to be questioned). Drakomir ran the bandits off by surprising them with the help of a white wolf (identity unknown, presumed to be a lycanthrope). Drakomir reports that the bandits were working under one Rand al'Thorick and a cohort of his named Lukien, both of whom escaped using a cloud of smoke to mask their flight. Drakomir captured a dark elf named Mitrian Listar and took him to the infirmary, where his wounds were treated by Celestial Lux. While in custody in the infirmary, the drow mentioned a group known as Black Rock, led by the aforementioned Rand al'Thorick. Listar further explained that al'Thorick is using the power of the falling moon to "uproot the city's nobility." The dark elf was moved to the city's prison for further questioning.

IC Information
Date of the Incident: November 3 at 10:30 p.m.
Locations of the Incident: By the clock tower in the town square.
Individuals Involved: Shiuyin; an unknown assailant.
Incident in Question:
Around 10:30 in the town square, near the clock tower, citizen Shiuyin was assaulted by an unknown assailant, who caused bodily harm to Shiuyin with his teeth. In Shiuyin's words, the assailant "took a bite out of him." Shiuyin suffered damage to his collarbone, a bite that implies wounding by a lycanthrope, given that the assailant was apparently human. It is unknown whether the curse of lycanthropy has transferred to Shiuyin, but he was afflicted with terrible symptoms: vomiting blood and tar. The banker did not get a good look at the assailant, but described him as a large man in a black cloak with a scar on his face, running from his temple to his lip.

Once the assailant is found, he should be put in prison until such time as it is determined whether or not Shiuyin has contracted lycanthropy. Appropriate legal action should be taken from that point, with increased severity if this assailant knowingly transferred his curse to another.
